Product is washed/damaged/worn Part of missing delivered full product Products must be in their original condition Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items If, according to your opinion you don’t like the product, this return reason is not acceptable Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website In case of damage from your side, this product is non-refundable REFUND POLICY We do not accept self-damaged products — Because All product is firstly cross-verify though quality checkers. In that case, If we found damaged from a customer we can’t accept that product for replacement or refund. After you have initiated a return request through our website, kindly contact our Customer Support through phone or email. If the mode of payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), the Customer Support Team will provide you a refund form in which you need to fill your bank account details. We will initiate NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. You may expect to receive a refund amount in 10 days. in case of, Any product you want to return to us, and at your location our return pick up service is not available in any courier partners, At that situation customer is responsible to return the product to our company on our address. Note:- After getting return product to our warehouse, we will charge the courier expanse and refund the rest of the amount

Note: Based on some emergency situations like “Covid-19, Flood, etc” we will not return any products that we delivered. Also, they have some Changes in Delivery days and Some orders can Cancel from our side.
