All India & International shipping charges are based on weight per item purchased and will be borne by the customer.

We cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe if the courier service (Speed Post) has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions.

Some postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail.

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Out of stock items: If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email.

All orders are dispatched from Ernakulam, Kerala. Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel and are not included in the cost of delivery.

Return & Refund Policy
“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

The customer doesn’t like the color or style and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design. All item pictures may not be 100% accurate of colors due to different display settings. Colors difference from pictures displayed.  We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the dresses shown on our website /Facebook page.  However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.  The picture featured is only for illustration purposes, please base on the actual product received.


Some items we had already clearly stated the measurement on our websites.  Please confirm the measurement stated that are suitable or not before you consider purchasing.  All size & measurement charts serve as guidelines only.  We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.  The measurement might have a difference of 1.0-2.0cm vary on the real item.  For more information, you may seek our advice. Non-returnable items

Color different slightly from the picture is not allowed to return or exchangeable.
We will not process refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind.
Sold out items are not available for exchange.

Returnable items

If something is faulty means a large area of damage, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition.
The packaging should also be in the original condition in the original shipping container as received.

Note: Based on some emergency situations like “Covid-19, Flood, etc” we will not return any products that we delivered. Also, they have some Changes in Delivery days and Some orders can Cancel from our side.
